Our Mission

With a chance to give back to those that have given so much, Evolution Fitness presents the Devil Dog 5K.
WWSFL

The Devil Dog 5K was established by a Marine and in conjunction with Evolution Fitness they have created an incredible event with all proceeds benefitting the Wounded Warriors of South Florida. Together they established the Evolution Fitness Foundation, which is a non-profit organization designed to help support several military charities. Our mission is to create more events to give back to those that have served.

Devil Dog is a motivational nickname for U.S. Marines. The moniker was first used by German soldiers to describe the Marines who fought in the Battle of Belleau Wood in 1918. The Marines fought with such ferocity that they were likened to "Dogs from Hell."
